When Celeste and Danielle began teaching their unique approach to intimacy and healing in a small workshop room nearly two decades ago, they never imagined the ripple effect their method would create. What began as a desire to help people feel more confident in their bodies and relationships has grown into a global movement.
They created the Somatica Method, a coaching modality rooted in emotional authenticity, embodied learning, and interpersonal practice. Today, Certified Somatica Coaches are transforming lives around the world, and thousands of individuals have experienced breakthroughs through Somatica’s sessions, online classes, and personal growth work.
