Unlike traditional coaching or therapy programs, the Somatica Institute is fully experiential. That means students practice everything they learn in real time, with real partners, in safe, structured containers. You don’t just learn about intimacy – you learn through it.

Somatica graduates earn four certifications in just one training as Certified Somatica Coaches, sex coaches, relationship coaches, and sexologists.

You’ll graduate with a deep understanding of relational dynamics, emotional attunement, embodied consent, erotic expression, and trauma empowerment. Graduates join a global community of respected, in-demand coaches and alumni.

The Somatica Coaching Training has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. What sets this program apart is how experiential and embodied the learning is. Instead of just talking about concepts, we actually practice the tools in real time, which makes the lessons stick on a much deeper level.

The training taught me how to listen with empathy, communicate with honesty, and work with vulnerability in a way that feels both supportive and empowering. The focus on intimacy, emotional connection, and authentic expression not only gave me the skills to support future clients, but also profoundly improved my personal relationships.

This is the training to sign-up for if you’re looking for a paradigm shift and a deeper unraveling of your Being. This training has been so pivotal in reclaiming my sites of shame and wounding. What I enjoyed in particular was the institute’s commitment to diversifying one’s understanding of sex and how our lived experiences often (unconsciously) disrupt how we exist authentically in the world, and it seeks to correct that with a shame-empowered approach.
